We started with a balanced blend of Guatemala and Sumatra beans. It’s bright up front, smooth and grounded on the finish… Then I pushed it further.
Infused with cinnamon, turmeric, and a touch of black pepper, this blend delivers a warm, spiced profile with a subtle kick. Crafted to wake you up and keep you moving.

Grown in the high elevations of Colombia’s Huila region, Rev Limiter is a balanced medium roast with a smooth body and natural sweetness. Roasted in small batches in Central Florida and roasted to order for freshness.

Roast Rider takes Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee into darker territory, creating a bold and satisfying cup with deep chocolate character and a smooth finish. While Yirgacheffe is often known for its bright fruit and floral notes, this darker roast brings out richer cocoa tones and a fuller body.

Hand-Roasted Single Origins
Huila — Colombia
Grown in the high elevations of Huila, Colombia near the Nevado del Huila volcano, this coffee benefits from mineral-rich volcanic soil and a stable mountain microclimate ideal for producing complex, balanced coffee.
This 17/18 screen Supremo grade coffee is carefully harvested and processed by local producers. The cherries are de-pulped using traditional hand-cranked machines and the beans are dried on raised beds to ensure even drying and clean flavor development.

With warm days, moderate rainfall, and elevations reaching around 1,200 meters, the Cerrado provides ideal conditions for producing balanced, approachable coffees with reliable sweetness.

Grown in the Gedio zone of Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe region, this coffee comes from Misty Valley, where producer and exporter Abdullah Bagersh carefully oversees every stage of cultivation and processing. The region’s high elevations and ideal climate produce coffees known for their remarkable complexity and vibrant flavor.
After harvest, the ripe cherries are carefully processed and turned frequently during the drying stage to ensure even moisture removal and a clean, consistent cup.
